This is our indoor season at our home base, the Robert E. Miller Centre North at the Champlain Valley Expo in Essex Junction. The only thing that is mandatory is the team training session, with a number of additional opportunities each week that most players take advantage of. This allows the players the opportunity to play 3-4 times a week, while also allowing some flexibility for those that play other sports.
**Boys:** Team training on Mondays. Skills sessions Saturday morning. Friday evening futsal games (optional, but recommended in sessions 1 and 2, mandatory for session 3.)
**Girls:** Team training on Wednesdays. Skills session Saturday morning. Friday evening futsal games (optional, but recommended in sessions 1 and 2, mandatory for session 3.)
**Extras:** Midweek Academies - See Winter Programs under the Camps and Programs Tab.

Program Outline
Our U12 Program is for players born in 2013 and 2014 (for the 2024-25 season). Overseeing this program is our U12 DOC, Joey Cipicchio, who works with each individual coach to ensure that each team is on the same pathway. These years are very formative in a players' development, and players transition to a larger field with more tactical demands.
We continue with a heavy emphasis on improving our players' technical proficiency and ball control and begin to introduce larger tactical themes.
