Program Outline

Our U12 Program is for players born in 2012 and 2013 (for the 2023-24 season). Overseeing this program is our U12 DOC, Joey Cipicchio, who works with each individual coach to ensure that each team is on the same pathway. These years are very formative in a players' development, and players transition to a larger field with more tactical demands.

We continue with a heavy emphasis on improving our players' technical proficiency and ball control and begin to introduce larger tactical themes.
