Head Coach, 2010 Premier Boys & 2005 Premier Boys, U10 & U11 Director of Coaching

Cameron Olson is a Boston Massachusetts native. Growing up he was a two-year member of the Olympic Development Program Region I team and was selected to compete internationally in England and Scotland. He was also a three-year captain of the Olympic Development Program Eastern New York team. Additionally, Olson helped his FSA United club team to three straight Connecticut State Cup Championships.

As a Collegiate student-athlete, Olson was a four-year starter at Allegheny College from 2012-15. He was also a two-time captain for the Gators. He finished his college career with 11 goals and ranks among the top-10 all-time at Allegheny in assists. In 2012, Olson was a NCAC All-Conference pick. He led Allegheny College to as high as a No. 20 national ranking and was the team's 2013 offensive MVP. In 2014, Olson earned the "Team Award," which was presented to the player who best demonstrates leadership and represents Allegheny College in a positive manner both on and off the field. He earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Allegheny in 2015. He also holds a master's degree in coaching education and athlete development from Xavier.

 After Graduating from college,  he was an assistant coach at Franklin College in Franklin, Indiana. He was responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of the program including recruiting, scouting, on-field instruction, and monitoring academics. He then spent four seasons at Xavier. He was the director of operations for three years before getting promoted to assistant coach in 2018. He helped the Musketeers sign the No. 7 recruiting class in 2019. During his time in Cincinnati, Xavier had two MLS draft picks and a total of 10 athletes sign professional contracts. The Musketeers also had 15 All-Big East selections, including two Academic All-Americans, and a national ranking each season during Olson’s tenure. He helped Xavier to the 2017 Big East Tournament Championship Game and quarterfinal bids in 2016 and 2018. In the classroom, the Musketeers had the No. 6 highest team GPA among Division I programs in 2018 and received the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Awards four years in a row. He is now the Second Assistant for the University of Vermont.

In the 2020/2021 Cam will be coaching the 2010 Premier Boys and the 2005 Premier Boys. He is also the U10/U11 Director of Coaching and Far Post is very excited to have him join out coaching Staff.
