Head Coach, 2003 & 99/00 Boys Premier Teams

Brad grew up in South Hero before moving to South Burlington in 8th grade. 

Cole started playing for Far Post at age 8 and participated in the VT Olympic Development program as well. His Far Post team dominated Vermont soccer and went on to win State Cup every season. They competed in the Region 1 League and traveled to top tournaments including the Oakwood Premier Invitational, Bethesda Premier Cup, and the Region 1 Championships. Brad went on to be a captain of the soccer team at South Burlington High School and was named an All-State and All-New England player during his high school career. His senior season he also captained the Vermont Twin-State All-Star team. During high school Brad was also captain of the SBHS Tennis team winning 2 State Championships in the process. 

After graduating in 2010 Cole went on the play Division I soccer at the University of Vermont. Brad played right back and defensive midfield for the Catamounts. He was named captain of the UVM Men's team going into his senior season. Cole was awarded the Russell O. Sunderland Memorial Trophy by the University of Vermont Athletic Department in 2015 for overcoming obstacles while maintaining excellence in academics and athletics. He was also named the Vermont Youth Soccer Competitive Coach of the Year in 2015 for his work with the Far Post 99/00 boys. After his collegiate playing eligibility expired Brad was hired as a Graduate Assistant Coach for UVM. 

Upon college graduation Brad moved to England for 6 months to coach at the Crewe Alexandra Football Club academy. During his time in England he also played in the Welsh 2nd Division for Buckley Town Football Club. Cole played center back and right back, scoring 3 goals during his stint with Buckley. He also captained Buckley Town FC in a Welsh Cup victory.

Currently Brad coaches the 03 and 99/00 boys for Far Post as well as being a staff trainer during the indoor season. He also coaches the 2002 Boys Vermont Olympic Development Team and assists with the University of Vermont Men's soccer program. 

In his spare time Brad enjoys watching soccer, fishing, and spending time with friends in the great outdoors Vermont has to offer.
